Casey is responsible for overall agency management, including leadership, strategic and development planning, fundraising, Board of Directors relations, budget and finance, human resources, public relations and communications. The Executive Director is the chief agency spokesperson to government agencies, community organizations, donors and the public.

Elese reaches out to and cultivates volunteers for all San Francisco LBFE Programs. Outreach and acquisition of needed volunteers for events via routine communications (i.e., newsletters, flyers, website, social media, etc.). The Volunteer Coordinator also provides event support for Program Director, ensuring volunteers have the most positive experience possible.

Gina oversees the programs of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, manages program staff and volunteers, and implements long-term strategy of the program in conjunction with the Executive Director. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruiting, screening, orientation and recognition of agency volunteers. Supervises program staff, interns, and volunteers and manages all aspects of elders’ involvement in agency programs.
